Bingebot T-Shirt
Suffering from flagging sales of its robotic vacuum, the company iAutomaton has introduced a new product aimed at college students. The Bingebot 2100 does not clean, cook, or even perform simple calculations. Its sole purpose is getting loaded.
"Finally there's a lifestyle robot that addresses what people age 18-to-22 want -- namely, a high tech drinking buddy," said Sandy DeGrasso, the company's director of product marketing. "The Bingebot has two settings, BINGE and OFF. If that's not something the average college student can relate to, I don't know what is."
iAutomaton officially does not endorse binge drinking. But if people are to binge drink, says DeGrasso, they should be careful about trying to keep pace with their Bingebot.
"You don't want to get into a head-to-head with this thing," she said.
Use of the Bingebot is not recommended before noon, and users are advised to keep it out of direct sunlight.
