1. Take a seat either in a chair or cross-legged on a cushion. Sit with your back straight and arms comfortably at your sides. F%&k yeah, there you go.
2. Let your gaze fall gently downward and just f%&king relax here for a few moments.
3. Gradually become aware of the process of breathing. As you breathe in, say to yourself, “I am f%&king breathing in.” As you breathe out, say, “I am f%&king breathing out.”
4. When your mind wanders, just notice it -- I am f%&king thinking -- and gently return to your f%&king breath. The key here is to be compassionate and not f%&king judgmental.
