About this product
We grew up in the ancient times of the 1980s, when hair was big, shoulders were padded, and drugs were said no to. It was also a boom time for t-shirts featuring big-headed caricatures of pro athletes. We loved those. But we're a bit older now (if you consider 40 years "a bit"), and we've cultivated interests beyond Spud Webb and Darryl Strawberry.
But then we said: "Why don't we make that style of t-shirt using a non-sports person we really admire?" Then we were like: "I don't know; why don't we?" And then we were like: "OK, but who?" Then there was silence. And then we were like: "Tesla is pretty cool." And then someone was like: "You mean Elon Musk?" Then we were like: "No, dingus. Nikola Tesla." And then everyone said, "Yeah, let's do Nikola Tesla!" And then we ridiculed the guy who said "Elon Musk" for like nine days.
Anyways, that's the story of how this came to be.
